Why we exist
The hype cycle skipped your invoice.
There is no shortage of people willing to tell a law firm or an accounting practice that AI will change everything. There is a real shortage of people who will sit down, do the work, and leave behind something that bills out on Monday.
That gap is the whole business. We close it by starting small and concrete, with a workshop, and only climbing the ladder when the value is undeniable.
How we work

Bill it or bin it
If a piece of AI work will not bill out or take cost off, we will tell you, and we will not sell it. Every recommendation is tied to a number.
Candor first
We say plainly where your firm actually is and where AI should never go. In a regulated practice, knowing the limits is the difference between leverage and liability.
