AI enablement · Australia
Put AI to work in your firm. Without the hype.
Most firms have bought AI tools nobody opens. We get AI doing real, billable work inside professional-services practices: law, accounting, virtual CFO, advisory. It starts with a half-day workshop.
Half-day · online · small group · from $6K
§ 01 · The position
Let's be honest about where most firms are.
You bought the licences. Someone ran a lunch-and-learn. Two people use it for email and the rest forgot the password. Meanwhile the partners suspect there is real money in this and quietly worry about being left behind.
That is not a tooling problem. It is an enablement problem. The bottleneck isn't the model. It's the workflow. We fix the second one: which work AI should touch in your practice, who does it, and how it shows up on an invoice or comes off a cost line.
- We work on your actual matters, files, and workflows, not a generic demo.
- We name the work that bills out and the cost that comes off. In dollars.
- We are candid about what AI should not touch in a regulated practice.
§ 01a · Why now
The shift is already underway. The training isn't.
Adoption is running ahead of capability. The firms that win are the ones that close that gap deliberately, not by accident.
- 12% of Australian businesses were using AI by 2024–25, and adoption is accelerating. — ABS, Characteristics of Australian Business 2024–25
- 75% of knowledge workers already use AI at work — but only 39% have had any training. — Microsoft Work Trend Index
§ 02 · What we do
Five ways we get AI working.
Live workshops
Online, small groups. The front door. A half-day to map where AI earns its keep in your practice and walk out with a working shortlist.
02One-on-one training
Senior, hands-on, on your real work. For a partner or principal who wants to be genuinely capable, not just briefed.
03AI 101 for employees
A structured program to lift the whole team off zero. Safe, practical use of AI for everyday professional-services work.
04Management AI workflows
Specialist build for the leadership seat. CFO and virtual-CFO finance workflows: reporting, forecasting, board packs, month-end.
05GRC automation workflows
Specialist governance, risk and compliance automation. Evidence collection, control mapping, and audit prep that runs itself.
§ 02a · What it costs
Plain pricing. No quote-to-find-out.
Fixed prices for the ways most firms start. Everything below is ex-GST. Specialist builds and ongoing oversight are scoped per engagement.
Private team workshop
Half-day, online, your firm only. We map where AI earns its keep and leave you with a ranked, costed shortlist. Up to 10 people.
02Private team workshop · larger group
The same half-day workshop sized for a bigger room. For practices bringing more of the team along. Up to 15 people.
03Public working session
Now launching. A shared workshop seat for firms that want in without booking a private session. 10-seat minimum. Founding cohort pricing while seats last.
04Prompt & template packs
Ready-to-use prompts and templates for professional-services work. Buy the leverage without the engagement.
0530-day enablement retainer
A month of senior, hands-on support to get the workflows from your workshop actually running. Owners, not advisors.
§ 03 · How it works
A workshop is the front door. Then we climb.
Most clients start with one workshop and move up the ladder as the value proves out. No long lock-in. Each rung stands on its own.

§ 04 · Who it's for
Built for the firms that bill by the hour.
We work with small and mid-size Australian professional-services practices where the principals can make a call and want the cost back fast.
- Law firms · drafting, review, research, intake, and matter admin.
- Accounting practices and virtual CFOs · reporting, forecasting, month-end, advisory packs.
- Advisory and consulting shops · research, proposals, and delivery leverage.
- Practice owners and partners who can sign off a workshop without a committee.
§ 05 · Why us
We do the work. Not just the talk.
Operators, not lecturers
We build the workflows ourselves and we have stood them up in real firms. The workshop is the start of work, not a standalone keynote.
Honest about the limits
In a regulated practice some work should never touch a model. We tell you where the line is and we design around it. That candor is the product.
§ 06 · Questions
The things partners actually ask.
What does a workshop cost?
A half-day workshop starts at $6K (plus GST) for a small group from one firm. Larger or multi-firm sessions are scoped on request. The workshop usually pays for itself in the first workflow we ship from it.
Is this safe for a regulated practice?
Yes, when it is designed properly. We work to your confidentiality and privacy obligations, keep client data out of places it should not go, and are explicit about which work should stay human. The GRC offer exists precisely because we take this seriously.
Do we need to pick a tool first?
No. Tool choice comes after we know which work is worth automating. We are not reselling a platform. We start from your matters and your costs.
What do we walk away with?
A ranked, costed shortlist of AI work for your practice, the guardrails to do it safely, and a clear next step. Not a slide deck of trends.
Are you online only, or in person?
Workshops run online in small groups so we can work with firms across Australia. In-person sessions can be arranged for the right engagement.
